Fondue Sauces

These are two sauces my family likes to use for dipping meat into. I've never put the sauces in the fondue pot itself but rather fondue the meat and then dip the into the "side"sauces. Who knows if this is the correct way to do things...

Ingredients

9T ketchup
6T vinegar
6T apricot jam
3T honey
3T soy sauce
3T oil
3T brown sugar
1tsp ginger
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder

1c chili sauce
1/2c chopped onion
3T lemon juice
2T oil
1T brown sugar
2tsp vinegar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2tsp Tabasco
1/2tsp salt
1/4tsp dry mustard
