Here's a sign you don't see every day. Is it really necessary? Is there ever a time when it would be okay for the horse (and rider) to cross but not the pedestrians? Wouldn't the pedestrian light cover everyone who needs to cross the street? I just don't understand the need for this sign. Silly me.
