Since I'm the vegetarian in the family, this is my cheese fondue recipe. However, since the others eat meat, click here for some sauce recipes for dipping fondued meat into.

Be careful with this in the fondue pot! It burns very quickly! Make sure to use real wine and not the cooking wine!

Ingredients

1 pound shredded Swiss cheese (since I don't like Swiss I use 1/2 pound of mozzarella and 1/2 pound of american)
2c white wine
2T Lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp white pepper
1T cornstarch
1tsp dry mustard
1 small clove of garlic
