As we walked up to this memorial, I simply quietly uttered, "Wow." This is Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe, also known as the Holocaust Memorial. It's an intense memorial. The blocks reminded me of coffins. There were so many. It's quite a breath-taking sight. So somber.
